The Park Grill Steakhouse concept is unique from it’s building design to it’s menu. We are located 200 yards from the entrance to
Great Smoky Mountains National Park. From interior to exterior, The Park Grill Steakhouse compliments the natural beauty of our
mountains. The structure itself is a feast for the eyes. Composed of massive dead standing Spruce trees, each was hand
picked and trucked across the country from Idaho. A leaf motif is used as the primary decorating detail. You will find
leaves in the lighting fixture design, in the restrooms, as coat hooks, on the ceiling fans and on the bar top. On the
front of the bar are panels of layered metal silhouettes that form mountains scenes with a background of polished copper.
Some of the tables have copper tops imprinted with leaves. The chairs are hand-made from Tennessee Hickory and upholstered
with a leaf design fabric.
