the salad bar, baked sweet potato, bread and the service was excellent, definitely five star, the steak I ordered was cooked more than I liked which made it not quite as tender as I would have liked, having said that I will be back next year!!!

We were married Sept.2,2011 and had our reception there. The service and food was better than Excellent!! We highly recommend anyone to go. We will be back to enjoy the atmosphere again from North Carolina. You guys made the evening very special. Thanks again!!

We go to Gatlinburg every year at Christmas. This past Christmas was the first time we had eaten at Park Grill Steakhouse. It was absolutely wonderful. The food,price,atmosphere,service was outstanding. We have added you guys to our must list!

I had my wedding reception here and all of my guest LOVED it. The waitstaff was very friendly. The food was GREAT! I would recommend anyone having a party here or just dinner. I will come back again when in Gatlinburg!

We had our son and daughter-in-laws wedding dinner here - we used the Abrahams Room. I made all of the arrangements over the phone with Caroline. Everything was just perfect! The room was decorated perfectly! The staff was very attentive and took very good care of us! I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a place to hold their wedding reception or dinner have it at the Park Grill. The food is wonderful! Thanks Caroline and staff for all of your for making their day PERFECT!

We got married in Gatlinburg and had our reception dinner there. The Park Grill is wonderful! The cuisine was superb, the service was excellent, and the cake was EXACTLY what we wanted! Thank you for making our evening so special. We will definitely be back!

Best place by far to eat at...My husband and I have been coming to Gatlinburg for years and this is where we eat every night we are their....We were up in September and were there for 4 nights...every night we ate here and tried something new...you cant beat the service...atmosphere and the price.... wonderful...We are headed up this weekend and cant wait to eat their all 3 nights...esp for my b day!!! Thanks for making this a great restaurant!!!! This place gets 10 stars!!!

We had our wedding reception at the Park Grill Steakhouse. We just wanted to thank you for taking such good care of us. The food was awesome and the service was great. The room was decorated just perfect.
Our server Ashley was just so nice and she did an awesome job. Everything was planned out just right from ordering drinks to cutting our cake. Dining here was the best place we could have chosen to have our wedding reception. Everyone was pleased with food, decor and service.
Thank you for making our day complete.

WONDERFUL food. One of the best steaks I have ever eaten ( and we raise beef for a living so KNOW our steaks!)
PERFECT wait staff, gorgeous location, kids loved it. What more could you ask for?

What a fabulous dining experience!
We came with a party of 24 on Sunday evening without reservations and were seated immediately. Staff was attentive, food was delicious and prompt. Piano music serenaded our party as we dined on all menu selections. The smaller children, our vegetarians, and all adults were wowed with the menu selections, and our adventuresome Scouts tried new and delicious items. Every element of the meal was sumptuous and in an enchanting environment.

Absolutely Wonderful!
We visited on our last night of our honeymoon, and we loved every second of it. The décor was beautiful, everything was clean, the food was amazing, and the service was excellent! Worth every penny, we will be back!!

Everytime we visit Gatlinburg, we always make it a point to eat at the Park Grill. The food is excellent and the service impeccable. I highly recommend this establishment!

This was our first visit to the Park Grill. I had read about the reviews onilne,and they hold true to every word. The Park Grill will be our traditional dining place for future Gatlinburg trips.

I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you for taking such good care of our little group. The food was absolutely scrumptious and the service impeccable! Jimmy did a wonderful job serving and interacting with our group – you certainly have a great asset in Jimmy and his customer service skills...and his dry sense of humor. As always, I will be recommending the Park Grill and the Peddler whenever I have the opportunity!

What a wonderful time we had!!! I want to thank you so very much for your efforts in making our Anniversary party a success. The cake was perfect, the service was perfect, the food was BETTER than perfect. We even arrived early and they were all set up for us. My parents were so surprised (my mother even cried). I did leave the comment card with David but I wanted to take this chance to tell you personally. We will always carry perfect memories from our night there.

We have been at The Park Grill a few times and the food and service has been awesome. The waiter, Don, is the man. We always ask for him and he remembers us by our names. The food is great but Don makes us keep coming back. We will be there this Saturday to celebrate 13 years.

This is our favorite place to eat when we go to Gatlinburg...we make it a point to eat here at least twice every trip (if not 3). We live just north of Atlanta and are headed back again in a few days and The Park Grill is the first on the list for supper...great food !!!!

One of our three favorite places. What an unforgettable experience nestled in the mountains. We loved the ambiance; The food was perfectly wonderful and dining by the fire and being entertained by piano music. Nothing more to say.

A beautiful restaurant! The woodwork and decorations help to make this a wonderful dining experience in Gatlinburg. The servers are experienced and accommodating. The salad bar that comes with all the entrees rivals restaurants anywhere. The entrees are a unique taste of the area. Certainly one of the best restaurants in the Gatlinburg area. Recommended!

We love it and go there every year we are in the Smokies. The food is wonderful and the decor is amazing- just what one needs in the mountains. And we love the pianist as well!

We enjoyed our daughter's wedding reception at the Park Grill Restaurant so much. The food was delicious and the staff were helpful, and so efficient. They know how to put out a nice spread of food! The salad bar was fantastic. It had so many fresh items to select from. The oysters were great too!
The restaurant has such a warm atmosphere and the centerpieces were just so beautifully decorated on the tables! I would rate the restaurant, food, and service a 5 STAR without hesitation! We will cherish our memories of Park Grill forever! Mary and Caroline are two terrific ladies to work with and help co-ordinate your special ocassion!
We will be back again!

We enjoyed our time there and the side of the restaurant we were in was great. We had so much room to walk around and visit with everyone. My customers loved that area and we would like to get that same side again next year for about 125 people. Thanks so much for all the hard work and effort you all put into the meal for us. I look forward to talking to you, and have a great rest of the summer.

We had an unbelievable time at your restaurant. I am in the banking industry and your restaurant was referred to me by two of my clients. What an excellent referral. For my wedding, we considered taking our families to Nashville, but we fell in love with a chapel and the view in Townsend and decided to go with a Gatlinburg restaurant for our reception.
Honestly, I was very nervous about picking a restaurant. Yours delivered on every level!! The first day we visited your restaurant we stopped by at 2 pm. Even though you were not open yet, a kind server gave us all the info for the party planning department and a quick tour. When I returned home, I dealt with Mary Stewart to set up the date and time. She was great in answering all my questions about menus, seating, etc. My wedding coordinator made the final arrangements for the reception, and she set up the cake with your preferred bakery. (The cake was gorgeous and delicious!!) Extra time was taken by your staff to set up the tables and decorations just before the event; it looked great!!
The food was awesome!! And your servers were unbelievable; I know that we had 6 or 8 servers. We wanted for nothing that evening. Everyone's food was hot and served at the same time. No one went without ample drinks and bread, and the cake serving was seamless.
My father (the paying party) said that it was a great value for the experience we had at the Park Grill. The included gratuity was just not enough, my father tipped the servers again for their above and beyond service. Thank you for making my wedding such a great success!! I would suggest the Park Grill to anyone, and you should definitely market your great ability to handle parties.
Thanks again for a wonderful evening, I hope to visit you again - maybe for a first anniversary or something!!

I recently had a business meeting in Gatlinburg and treated my clients to dinner at the Park Grill. The experience was wonderful and my clients really enjoyed the atmophere there. Food was great and service was excellent! Thanks for ending the day with such a great place to be.

Our wedding party at the Park Grill was the perfect ending to our very special day. The room was decorated more beautifully than we could have expected, and the servers assigned to our party did an excellent job. Everyone’s food was delicious; it was hot and served at the same time! The cake you arranged for us was just perfect and we appreciate that extra service. We’ll tell anyone who wants to get married in the mountains to make your steakhouse part of their plans. We were referred to your restaurant by the hotel where we are staying and couldn’t be more pleased! When we are on vacation we like to go to places and do things we couldn’t do at home, and the Park Grill is one of a kind. The building set us up to expect the best and we weren’t disappointed; the food was delicious and the service was prompt and responsive to our every need. We especially like the children’s menu and the server who cut our daughter’s steak for her. We’ll be back, and tell our friends who are visiting Gatlinburg that they can’t miss the Park Grill.
